Jennifer Winget Goes for the De-Glam Bald Look for Her Role in 'Beyhadh'

Yes, You heard it right! Jennifer Winget goes for the de-glam bald look for her character 'Maya' in the Colors Channel TV Serial 'Beyhadh'. Jennifer portrays the role of a woman who is obsessed with her husband in the Show. Maya goes to extreme limits to keep her Husband Arjun Sharma with her, but he cuts ties with her after she loses their child. Maya kills Arjun's mother who was responsible for her losing the child. Arjun's Brother who is a victim of Maya also tells Arjun what she did to him. In a fit of anger, Arjun confronts Maya and even trashes her in anger. The next day, Maya is found lying in a pool of blood and Arjun lying unconscious near her. Arjun is accused of Maya's murder. All efforts of his childhood friend and Lawyer Saanjh fails as Maya had done everything to trap him. In the upcoming episode of 'Beyhadh', Maya will make a come back  in a totally different avatar to seek revenge. She will be sporting a shaven head and de-glam look. It will be interesting to know how Maya had escaped and how she will create havoc in the life of Arjun and Saanjh.

Actresses are mostly reluctant when they have to go for de-glam look for their role. Hair and make-up add to the beauty and woman dread been seen without them. However, there have been many TV and Bollywood Actors who willingly did it to get into the skin of their characters. There are many Small Screen Actresses who have gone for 'hairless' look for Hindi TV Serials before Jennifer Winget. Krutika Desai is probably the first actress on Indian Television to sport a bald look. She shaved off her hair in real for her role in 'Uttaran'. Actress Rinku Karmarkar also shaved her head for her character in the Serial 'Yeh Vaada Raha'. Some other Actresses who sported the bald look for TV Shows are Karuna Pandey (Devanshi), Anjali Mukhi (Ishqbaaz), Nia Sharma (Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai) and Pooja Kanwal (Hum Ne Li Hai...Shapath). However, they all used prosthetics for the bald look. Jennifer Winget is also using prosthetics for her 'hairless' look in Beyhadh.
